We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Underwriting Support based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Tauranga. This position sits in our Operations team, which makes up a critical part of our wider Broker facing Underwriting function. The team is supportive, fun and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This is a great chance to get into a fast-growing company and start your insurance career.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in detail, while looking to learn and grow in the Insurance world. You’ll be comfortable following up documentation from both internal and external customers and will not shy away from rolling up your sleeves in order to get the job done.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing renewal invitations;
• Regularly liaising with and assisting underwriters and brokers in the quoting and renewal process;
• Receiving and answering queries from our broker partners;
• Ensuring all risks are underwritten and accepted within authorised limits;
• Staying on top of industry changes & trends.
